Partner Clinician Drawing
These terms apply to all DrWichmanMedia.com partner organization drawings. One winner per 50 paid enrollees from each qualifying partner organization, selected after each offer period closes.

How to enter for free
You do not need to purchase a course to be entered in the drawing. Send an email to the address below with three pieces of information and your entry will be included in the same pool as paid enrollees, with equal odds.

Official Terms
All drawings are sponsored solely by MPW Media and Consulting LLC (Matthew P. Wichman, MD), 10429 N Pine Ridge Circle, Mequon, WI 53092. Partner organizations are not co-sponsors, do not administer the drawing, and have no responsibility for prize fulfillment.
Open to licensed or credentialed healthcare clinicians currently employed by a DrWichmanMedia.com partner organization, who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States. Void where prohibited. Employees of MPW Media and Consulting LLC are not eligible.
Each partner organization has its own offer deadline, which is posted on that organization's exclusive landing page. Entries must be received, by purchase or by email, before 11:59 PM Central Time on the posted deadline date. Entries received after the deadline will not be included.
Purchase entry: Enroll in a DrWichmanMedia.com CME course using your organization's exclusive discount code before the deadline. Enrollees are automatically entered upon purchase confirmation. No additional action required.
Free alternate entry: Send an email to [email protected] with your name, work email, organization, and the drawing you are entering. One alternate entry per person. Alternate entries are placed in the same pool as purchase entries and carry equal odds.
A drawing will take place only if 50 or more clinicians from a given partner organization complete a paid enrollment using that organization's exclusive discount code by the offer deadline. Alternate email entries do not count toward this threshold. If the threshold is not met, no drawing will be held for that organization and no prize will be awarded. Alternate entrants who did not purchase will be notified by email.
One winner per qualifying partner organization will receive complimentary access to the next CME course produced by MPW Media and Consulting LLC. The specific course title, credit amount, and release date will be communicated to the winner at the time of selection. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. MPW Media and Consulting LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the planned course is delayed or cancelled.
If the threshold is met, one winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries for that organization, combining purchase and alternate entries, within 7 days of the offer deadline. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at enrollment or entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each organization's drawing. Purchase entries and alternate entries are included in the same pool and carry equal odds of selection.
Email addresses submitted for alternate entry will be used to contact the winner and to notify non-winners if the threshold is not met. Submitting an entry also subscribes you to occasional emails from MPW Media and Consulting LLC about future CME course releases. You may unsubscribe at any time. Email addresses will not be sold or shared with third parties, including partner organizations.
MPW Media and Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any drawing at any time, including but not limited to cases of fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control. These drawings are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.
